I recently became the proud owner of a Darkglass Microtubes B7K Ultra V2!!
Aside from a great preamp, the distortion circuit is most excellent and has endless variations to explore. But the true game changer, in my mind, is what Darkglass terms "Cab Sim". Via a micro USB, the user can load an Impulse Response, or IR, to further shape the sound.
I've played with Darkglass' existing library, but I was wondering if anyone has done IR's of Bill's cabs. Of course, I would never attempt to do so without Bill's permission as I consider an IR his Intellectual Property, but I thought I'd ask. If no one has done it and Bill approves, I may give it a shot.

I never bothered with IR, since I doubt one in a thousand users would know what they meant.

That's like, how you react to candy and magazines at the grocery store checkout... right?
