What is this?

At a concert RIGHT NOW, in a medium sized venue. What are these odd devices on 7 foot tall mic stands?

Looks like a lone tweeter in the right, with a cord coming off of the back, anda baffle (?) on the side. One on each side of the stage. Never have seen this before.

edit: Ok, try again, please?

Boundary / PZM mics?
2xJ12L (3012HO) switchable/melded
2xT30

Also, anybody have any ideas on these high end pro LED stage lights? (Other pics in that same FB folder. I set the privacy settings to public. Hopefully that works.) They did everything! Pan, tilt, spin, multicolor, even had a wipe from outer edges to inner, ala a closing curtain effect. The ones up front had irregularly shaped leds, like stones in a fancy sidewalk; not sure on the ones in the back. (The pics of those aren't great, I was zoomed in as far as my phone would go.) I want some! Though they probably cost as much or more than these:

as the build quality of the mounts looks a bit cheaper.

Here are the "walking path" shaped LEDs in the big fixtures:

The front ones looked like this:

BTW, is there a sticky on posting pics??

Those are directional paddle antennas for either wireless mics or IEMs.

ALL of the performers had in ear monitors- so I'm guessing this is that these were for.

Nice. They must have money and be tired of dropped wireless signals.
