Anyone used CAMCO amps in their systems?

Any opinions?

I sometimes rent the Camco Vortex6 off a local concert provider. He is a distributor and keeps trying to get me to buy some. They work well but are way overpriced for what I am doing. Some on PSW argue they are weak on the bass and not built as well as a Lab Grupen. They worked fine for me.

That's like arguing that a Bentley isn't built as well as a Maserati. What a bunch of maroons. :noob:
Besides, everyone knows that Bryston beats all.

I worked at a Bryston Dealer and had a 9BST in my home theater.

Always was curious what the big SST Monoblock would do to my THTs.

I am trying to decide between Ashly and CAMCO for long term amplification.

I've driven a couple of Bentleys. They seemed well built. A few Fiats, less so, but never a Maserati.

Italian cars are like Italian women, they give an exciting ride, but are very high maintenance. :loler:

Hello WiSounds,
I have 2 Ashly fet 500's that are now in my monitor rack that have been working flawlessly for 15 years. I used to use for my eaw subs. 8)
