The NU6000 doesn't produce enough voltage to do this, so doing this would require buying a higher output amp, or bridging the NU6000 (presuming that can be done);

Change the in cab parallel wiring of the drivers to series wiring in both cabs. Driver wise, the impedance would be 16ohms nominal for one cab. Parallel those 2 cabs together for an overall nominal load of 8 ohms.
This at least raises the load being asked of the amplifier, and that within itself reduces current required and current output.

As far as EQ, tell us what you have as settings for each band from 38 to 57Hz...

You could wire your subs in series for a 16 ohm load. You would lose about ~2 dB of max output wired that way but your amp would be very happy with a 16 ohm load. That's how I run my dual T60's with the iNuke6000.

So if I understand that right then both boxes, and all 4 drivers, would be hooked up to just a single channel of the amp? Interesting. Ok but then with 4 drivers at 8ohms then technically that amp would be under powered. Since it is 4x 450w drivers @ 8 ohms and the amp only puts out 1500 @ 8 ohms.

Behringer says 1600W/8ohms, not 1500.
You're right though, the cabs would be marginally underpowered wiring that way.

In that same post I did say:

At present, maximum amperage is 27.8A with the 4 ohm nominal load you are using now.
Changing the nominal impedance, with the method I suggested, to 8 ohms sees that amperage output drop to 14.1A.

Still, it's always the same, if you want to stop your amp cutting out add more cabs
Honestly, if you're trying to get maximum output from your cabs every time you use them, you're running the amp to hard. The same can be said for the drivers...

If you wire each box as 16 ohms, and run each box to each amp channel. Use both amp channels, so 16 ohms/channel. Then the amp stays happy and each box gets 98 volts. That is 49 volts per driver. 49 V seems like a lot less than the 60 V your driver can handle but the difference in output is only 1.8 dB's. That is nothing and your drivers will stay cool and last those 16 hour long gigs.

Amperage drops to 6.1A that way as well.
That alone is a really significant decrease for the drivers...

... and the amp. Using voltage instead of amperage to get your power makes your amp happy. It will reduce the amperage (and therefore heat) in the inuke 6000 by a factor of 2.5

So if the amp would max out at 49v which is lower than the max for the drivers would I still need to set a limiter?

Yes, because that 49v capacity is at the amp's rated output at a given THD. It can deliver more if pushed into higher THD/clipping. Set it at 49v, assuming the amp will actually reach it.

Actually, the amp will max out around ~97 - 98 volts. When you series wire your cabs, each driver gets 49 volts (1/2 the incoming voltage).

I limit mine to ~97 volts. I hook up a voltmeter to my outputs, run the amp wide open and then lower the limiter until the voltage just goes down a hair.

Thank you guys for the tip. Used the subs again this past weekend. They went 12 hours with no problem cutting out despite some seriously bass heavy music. Although I didnt touch the crossover settings and did turn the gain down on the amp everything worked out great. Going to work on playing around with the crossover and setting the limiters properly when I get a chance. Give the setup now with two drivers on each channel what would my output be at or in other words what would be the ideal amp for this setup?
