As I was reading what you were considering, this was the one issue that came to mind....but, you've addressed it.

4 - OT12 2512
1 - T24
1 - SLA Pro
2 - XF210

I was more getting at the wisdom of leaving behind crown amps.. they seem to have a reputation for reliability, and I have only just found out about these Crest Prolite amps.

I've been using Crowns for several years. I've never had a problem....I currently own 5 XLS Drivecore and 1 XTi. However, I don't run disco for several hours straight where the bottom end never stops, so issues of overloading are not in my experience.

My experience with QSC has also been very good. From the PL series a few years back to running GX7s pretty hard on a monthly basis - I've never had a failure.

I really think the most important thing when choosing an amp (as long as you are talking about good, quality, reputable brands) is making sure that you have enough headroom to not tax the amp. If you are going to run to the bleeding edge all day long, then you definitely should look at higher end, more expensive amps. If you are a weekend warrior and know what your needs are and don't try to get more out of your gear than it's capable of - then I don't think you'll go wrong with any of the choices.
