A power amp should be the most robust piece of gear you have, considering all the abuses it must withstand in normal usage.

If the amp in question sustains damage from a little thing like low line voltage, I'd be dumping them fast.

Well what power amps don't suffer if provided with low voltage ?

On a typical old school transformer / bridge rectifier / filter cap power supply, maximum output voltage and power output will drop proportionally with the AC voltage, but it won't suffer any damage.

I've run amps like this as low as 30 volts AC on the bench while troubleshooting.
