the non boosted version will be great for a TT, as the filter actually will protect the driver (and the TT doesnt do much below 30).

So my Yung SD200 plate amplifier died on me yesterday. It had a good life I suppose, about 2 years and used on a daily basis for 2-3 hours or so.

I can't see anything physically wrong with it, and the fuse is good, the light comes on but no output. What could be the problem? Does PE do out of warranty work or should I just buy a new one? They are $125 new which is somewhat palatable...

4 hours with a Tech in the repair shop may see you being charged as much as or more than a new one.
Unless you want to have a crack at it yourself.
Since the power supply seems ok, I would hazard a guess it's faulty in the output stage.

We live in a disposable society nowdays...
Built:
DR 250: x 2 melded array, 2x CD horn, March 2012 plans.
T39's: 4 x 20" KL3010LF , 2 x 28" 3012LF.
WH8: x 6 with melded array wired series/parallel.
Bunter's Audio and Lighting "like"s would be most appreciated...
