XTI 1000 problem!!!!

Got an idea what was the problem and it has to do with AC power. I verified if it was the ribbon and it seems ok but it has to do with electrical power. At the church where I do the sound for I have the XTI hooked up to the wall AC like the other amps. which I checked with my volt meter @110v and it would still shut down, so today I brought a backup power supply and connected to the XTI only, the other amps I left them running straight to the wall AC. And it's running smoothly, it haven't shut down so I guess the XTI has a problem with the internal power supply. Hmmm
