This is not an uncommon issue ( QC stinks ).
Check for obvious: loose connections - particularly the ribbon cable assembly.
And bad solder joints.

So I just open it up and check for loose connections? Am i voiding the warranty by doing so you think?

Yes, but I'm guessing "cracking the case" would void the warranty; That is standard practice.

Thanks a lot for the help Sidney.. I called the company that sold it to me and asked them if they could tell me what to do with the DCX as i need it tonight.. They couldnt help me, but promised me if I opened up the case and checked for loose wiring etc the warranty would still be good and they would fix it if I couldnt.. So I cracked it open, fiddled with a few of the ribbons and made sure everything was connected properly, closed the case, turned it on reset it immediately - AND IT WORKS! :)

So I set it up with the basic crossovers etc and its been playing now flawlessly for more than 1 hour.. So everything seems to be in order!! :hyper: :hyper:

Hallelujah! That 's great!
I wish I could claim I was a sound system psychic, but it's more a matter of "heard these symptoms" before.
( I've found with Behringer, it is wise to know where the problems are  )

Im really happy it works as sending it to be repaired would take upwards of a month, and thats hopeless when we need it every weekend..
