The plan is to route a 1/2 inch ply frame and cover with an acoustic fabric that I've purchased. The issue that i see is that there is not much clearance after the components are installed and not many good areas for cross bracing. It seems like it may be flimsy and collapse due to stretching fabric.
For some reason i can't view the plans in sketchup now. I'm not sure if there is a grill design for this.
