Finished my Simplexx 210 and...

...its awesome!

I got the flat pack from speakerhardware.com and the quality of the material and workmanship was exceptional. Everything fit perfect including the internal bracing. I have to take some credit for getting the baffle set correctly. I'm using the Deltalite 2510's. The grill is from Reliable Hardware in CA. Its nice thick material and doesn't make any noise. If you order a custom grill for your project do not get the thinner 22ga material some makers offer. I added a small extension to the face of the cabinet so I could space the grill out far enough and still keep it slightly under flush. The finished assembly is 52lbs with the 16ga grill. Lite weight wasn't my goal but this is very manageable and I can still do a 1trip load in.

Was it cheap to build? Nope. Was it worth it? Yup. I would do it again. I'm driving it with one of the new Fender Rumble 800 heads and could be happier with the tone and volume I get from it.
