I hate to say that things from China arrive faster... But then their shipments are sponsored by the country itself it appears...

Now where are the panel jig plans. Must be stored somewhere on an old Mac here... Cutting the tweeters seems like the most difficult part of the build.

I have a 60 tooth blade on my table saw (10" blade), should I get one with more teeth or an abrasive blade? I imagine if I cut too slow the plastic will melt, if I cut to fast it could break or am I wrong?

An abrasive blade does melt the plastic, leaving a ridge, but that ridge comes right off with just your fingers. A 60 tooth ten inch blade will probably cause chipping. 80 tooth is OK.

I used whatever wood blade I had on mine but took it slow. Cut just fine but did leave edge like Bill said. Came off easy with a hobby knife.

Take your time getting the jig perfect.....it's worth it when you start to glue 'em together.

Many moons ago I built this jig.
Used it with a thin abrasive blade on a table saw:
