Anyone have input? I should be moving forward on thursday, the error is located where closest clamp in the bottom of the last picture. Hopefully it isnt to much to worry about.

Never built this cab, but I did have the same issue on one of my T39s. I'm sure if the distance between panels 4 and 7 were decreased significantly then your SPL would suffer. And I'm no Bill, but I think you're fine.

The T39 that I experienced this issue with did not suffer any degradation. Maybe Bill will chime in with some science.

You might have a bit of challenge when you install panel 8 (and 10), but it won't make much of a difference sonic-ally.

Sound waves hate symmetry, so from that standpoint you're better off not having everything perfectly square and true.

I've been going over the plans, and I seemed to have missed the memo of braces being no more than 8 inches apart, I placed the 1/7 and 1/8 braces 9-10 inches apart. Would I be best off leaving it be? Or adding another brace in between them?

I'd throw one in there just so that there would be no regrets down the road....you know....you wonder if it might be a little better if that brace was actually installed.

You can't have too many braces, you can have too few.

Thanks for the input and guidance guys, some progress has been made! I decided to use extra bracing on all the interior panels, things are shaping up nicely so far

Getting a bit closer, had a bit of trouble getting the last panel on, pretty sure I had the same twisting issue another member had, but I managed to pull everything pretty close. I also should have paid better attention when installing some braces, I pushed panel 1 out of alignment a bit causing a bulge in the middle, but I was still able to clamp it flush. Anyway things are going fairly smooth, have all the braces cut/installed in the driver chamber

I also have a question about bracing the mouth, I really like the look of these curved braces I made, any reason this would not be a wise idea?
