...and 3x SLA Pros to go with them
Meet Anna 1, Anna2, Anna3.
Better known as rear left, center, and rear right.
If things go well, I'll be taking them to the finisher (along with the 2x THAH Pros) later this week.
(Tip: don't put felt on the sides BEFORE you put the sides on, otherwise you might have to cut some off...which is a pain...cuz gorilla glue is really strong...)

Are you going to have that center channel laying horizontal like in the picture? If so, you will cut your dispersion to a small angle....that box is designed to be vertical.

Hey Bruce. Fair point. I went with the Pros (straight) instead of the non-Pros (curved) because I was willing to sacrifice dispersion angle over SPL/freq range. The left and right Pros have pole mounts in the bottom pieces. Anything I make will be better than what I have ( <-- that should probably be trademarked for this site)
Re: ...and 3x SLA Pros to go with them
Hello
I have the curved center sla and have certainly never been lacking any spl or frequentie range. I have more than one neighbour that would agree

Hey Ketoet,
Didn't mean to knock the non-PROs, just according to my (new) SLA Pro plans and comparing them to some old SLA (non-PRO) plans, the drivers for the PRO had a wider range and sensitivity...I dunno, maybe that's changed in the new SLA (non-PRO) plans.

Hello
My sla doesn't feel offended in any way .
I just don't feel it's necessary to have the output capability
Of the sla pro in a home cinema environment.
I know i woudn't want to mis the horizontal dispersion of the curved center sla.
But if you're happy with the sla pro as a center then all the better!
Hope you enjoy your system as much as i do mine.

It's so nice when you finally have time to put into your projects.
I think Gorilla glue should send me a Christmas card.
Almost done....
Finally, the first (of three) is done! The other two are close behind.

Thanks. I wish I could take credit, but I can't. Wife chose the color and "A Perfect Finish"....finished them.

Done.
On a side note...I have a lot of polyfill sitting around. Can you stuff the SLA Pro's with polyfill? Would that matter?
