I was able to basically finish these cabs this weekend! I just have to wait for some new metal grills to arrive and I haven't done more than some quick testing to ensure they work but will put a measurement mic on them sometime over the next couple of weeks to make sure everything is in spec. Here's a few pics of the final stretch.

Spent some time testing and listening this weekend. Adjusted my EQ curves and verified limiters for the T48s while I was at it. Snapped this shot of the Otop family. I did buy one pair from a forum member, but built the other 3 pairs. I took the time to replace the grills and corners, and rolled on a fresh coat of Duratex on the older two pairs this week, which are seven years old now. I'll be completely replacing the high pass filters in two of them, and the 30 ohm resistors in two others which crumbled away at a touch. I didn't even realize how bad they sounded until I A/B'd them against the newest two pairs, and they still sounded better than what I hear most places.

Very nice work! I really need to put grills on my Otops. You may have inspired me to get that last step done. What are you using for bass with your 8 OT12's? I see those outpacing 16 of any bfm sub.. a system like that must be good for a crowd of 10,000!

Edit: I see, T48s, but how many?
Built:
6 T30 (24", 3012LF)
2 OT12 (MA, 3012HO)
2 T24 (18", 3010LF)

Running:
DCX2496
XTi 2002
XTi 4002
TRAKTOR Z2
TECHNICS 1210 Mk5's
