Grill cutted and polished, ready to paint black :)
I might use theses plates so that i'm not in a bad situation if i happen to need a 1/4 or speakon.

If you use the 1/4 and speakon plate, make sure the 1/4" jacks are sealed, or use some blanks or non cabled jacks.
Don't want to introduce any leaks...
Built:
DR 250: x 2 melded array, 2x CD horn, March 2012 plans.
T39's: 4 x 20" KL3010LF , 2 x 28" 3012LF.
WH8: x 6 with melded array wired series/parallel.
Bunter's Audio and Lighting "like"s would be most appreciated...

So i got the parts and i'm wondering if the mh value is including all the spare wire that comes off the coil itself?
If yes what should i do to not have a really too big crossover woodplate? Can i just make it in circles like the coil even if its not in the tie wraps?

Yes all the inductors length is part of it's value. Wind some of that wire back into the coil, with just enough out to connect to the other parts of the crossover.

Also, stand the smaller inductor upright, and place it 90 degrees perpendicular to the larger coil if it has to be that close.
If you have HF components, better to place the components for that filter on another board entirely...

Ok cool, yes well do i put the wire back in the coil hole or i make it so that it's like if there was more turns?
Yes HF crossover will be on the other wood plate, as the 3d model suggest he separated the hf crossover from the lf crossover

here's the crossover parts on a wood plate for the HF crossover only, i know i know i will buy the kits if it sounds not as expected because i used poly instead of elect caps but all the same values as the build doc.

I'll use something like this to connect in and out of each crossover

You had a picture with the finished crossover, looked very clean, you could put it back, as a good example!
