That looks great. Do you have any shots of the magnet mechanism? I'd love to see that and the whole stage set-up. It's hard to get an idea of how you spaced six across the stage. Is it really a sixty+ foot front?

The pic shows the stage at my church from a few months back (during the 'UnFrozen' winter series)...you can see the wide area that was not being covered by the powered wedges.
I've got four W6 at church, and two for me (unless I need them later @ church). The entire stage is probably 45-50 feet wide and 16 feet deep. Center stage, where the vocalists are, is approx 30' wide. The four W6 are spaced every 10' or so to cover the vocalists. Covering a wide area with few resources is why I went for the panel-mount tweets instead of the melded. The band is off stage right and are on in-ear monitors, except for a powered wedge for keys and bass.

As far as the grille magnets are concerned, I made the grille frames out of 1/4" BB ply, marked where they touch the piezo mounting screws, drilled a 1/4" shallow hole to match each piezo screw, and 2-part epoxied a 1/4"dia x 1/8" thick neo magnet in the hole. Really easy and low-buck (100 magnets for $17 on ebay)...I just wanted to try and not have to add blocks/screws/holes to the wedge itself if I could help it. The grilles stay put, but can be removed with a fingertip. They would likely need more magnets to stay put if I was moving them a lot, or if the grilles were heavier.

I'll see if I can get a pic of the magnets, but really, there's not a lot to see!

Hey! I remembered to take pics! Will wonders never cease?

Okay, in the first two pics, you can see the stage layout...

In the third pic, you can see the tiny magnets glued into the wood frame...the grilles are so small and light that those tiny magnets are all it takes....
