Arrr now then Gregory, good point.
If you knew my wife however, there's 2 chances of any of that coming into the house.
It's "music crap" and it's only place is with all my other "music crap" (drums lights etc), either at a gig, mine or someone elses, or in the music crap storage area...

She has been pretty tolerant of the time all this has taken to put together.
WOW, my wife says the EXACT same thing about my RC plane stuff ;(

Congrats on making the deadline, I sure didn't, but got by anyway... Good Luck on the gig!

Dig your sense of humour!

Did I ever say I reckon you Texans would do allright over here???
The only difference between Texans and Aussies is the accent, and who they root for when watching 'Quigley Down Under'.

Well, there's that.....but don't their outhouses swirl in the other direction too?
:loler: onya Bill

Root is slang for something else here BTW, I'm sure you intelligent fellas can work it out.

And yes Bruce, water does swirl in the opposite direction in the Southern Hemisphere.
Thank goodness gravity still works here...

Arrr seems we have a common theme running around the world, regardless of the sort of "crap" it is.

Thanks for the well wishes Don.

Wow.....what's next? You gonna' tell me it's night there when it's day here?

And how do you keep from falling off the earth if you are on the bottom of the world? Do you have anti-gravity boots? Or, does gravity work backwards like the toilets?

Funny that...the very first visit to the USA, I was busting to get into my motel room and try this out and witness it. Almost smashed the door down to get in, dropped the suitcase and rushed for the bathroom, filled the sink, then pulled the plug.......

:loler: Harley, mate I'm right with you on that call...

Night all. Have to be up at 3am our time (7 hours from now) to load in at 4. Recorded music to be on by 8, but I also have to help the wife set up a selling booth (antiques) and make a green room, + whatever else I'm asked to do. I'm far to nice...
For a first time setup I've given myself 4 hours to iron out any probs...

Ok, they've been out and about a few times and still feel naked.
Time to dress them up...

The final touches.

Grill and badging:
The mesh is part no. 12-20 expanded 1.6mm aluminium made by the Locker Group for any interested fellow Aussies. $132/sheet 2400 x 1200. Open area 72-80%. This is the non flattened version.

When these are done the DR's will get finishing touches as well...

Thank you Tom,
I'm pretty pleased :)

My wife suggested that rather than putting the mesh on the outside, I put it inside the frame, because this kind of mesh has lots of sharp edges.
I figured I had nothing to lose if I did it her way lol ...
