Ok I have not closed the cabinet or has gone far as connecting to my speakon, this is how it looks with the back cover off. So with the pictures below this is how I tested Bass, Mid, Highs. I pointed the probes to the appropriate 3 pins. Theres a reading on the Bass but no reading on the mid and highs. But when I connected the speaker wire +/- to each terminal block only mid and highs no Bass. But if I connect the speaker wire to +/- to the Bass pins theres sound coming out of the 12" only. Thanks

No need to check the mid and the high, you said before they were working yeah?
Red probe on red terminal on your three way connector, to red terminal on the "in" side of the woofer board. Do you get a reading?
Then same on the blue from your three way connector to the blue terminal on the "in" side of your woofer board. Do you get a reading?

Yes Grant as shown on the 1st pic above bass pins which is first red and first blue terminal theres a reading, (+/-).
Also I just checked the 12" woofer positive and negative terminal, there is a reading.

Ok, test the red and then the blue crimped wires from woofer board "out" to woofer. Do you get a reading?

Right, the only thing left is the woofer board!
Do you get a reading from the blue on your three way with one probe, to the other probe on your woofer - ?

I put the black probe on the Blue pin 1 which is 12" then red probe on the - woofer terminal Yes there is a reading.

Ok, so that eliminates the - side as the problem.
Which one of these two boards is it?

If the woofer doesn't work there are only two possible reasons why, other than a broken wire. The inductor isn't passing signal and/or the capacitor is blown and is shorting all the signal to ground. Process of elimination will reveal which is the case.

I don't know what else to eliminate Bill, or have I not done a complete check? All wires seem to have a reading on the meter as shown as I set up the meter in that position to read as you see on the pics above.

I don't know if its the 3 way terminal DIY that I glued to accept the signal from Neutrik to each individual crossover board. The 12" does work with sound if I directly touch it with the bare wire from amp to first red and blue pin with is the red and black of the xover bass board. Im stumped

The top board in the picture is the problem board? If so, check from the red input -to the solder joint at the cap. Is it good? If not, the problem may be a bad connection from the inductor at the red input terminal.
If that is okay, then test from the cap solder joint, to the red output. There may be a bad connection at the red output.

Did you strip the red lacquer off the inductor end underneath the red “in” side?

Yes Tom all those you suggested have a reading so theres no bad connection, I soldered them well, theres no play its tight solder joint. Thanks I am just baffled why the woofer won't work with amp wire connected to my strip 3 way terminal. But connect it on the Bass, first pin 12" it works, theres sound. I even cranked the volume up and bass frequency was coming out. Grant I striped it out its hard epoxy, but the connection is fine, its tight because I used my needle nose pliers and squeezed the connector and it can't be removed with a needle nose pliers its tight on it.
