Good advice, Bruce. I feel even more justified not using the auto-level function now. I always run my amps wide open, as well. I do like the anti-feedback function. Especially when I'm providing a mic for announcements to someone who doesn't know good mic handling technique. Notching out those trouble zones before shattering eardrums can be a lifesaver!
Just be sure you turn it off before running auto-EQ.....it sees the noise as feedback and kills it....don't ask how I know....

Cool, thank you all for the input. I just finished my second otop, stacked them together, and now i'm beginning to see their real value: incredible sensitivity. There so crazy efficient. with like 100w into both it's loud...properly loud. Now to mess with the EQ a touch and link them up with the 12 titans!!

But man did I pick the worst time to want to throw a huge party hahah. It's fine though, I can use the time to finish the next two and tweak the parameters :)
