Combining subs, tops and all the rest of your kit.

Hello everyone. I'm new on the forum and excited to get started on some builds. I've been tasked with putting together a sound system for an upscale piano recital hall. I want the sound to be natural and nicely dispersed and plan to do nice wood finished cabinets to keep the upscale look. I would like to be capable of doing full band music gigs as well, but don't expect to be doing really loud metal music or anything like that. Currently, I think I would like to do 2 TLAH Pro, 2 Tuba 18 and a couple wedgehorn 8 or 10. The room will be around 30'x55'. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Yeah! A response from Bill himself! Thanks for allowing me to be a part of the forum. Do you have any other suggestions for quantity, type and placement? I really want to be set apart from the other recital halls in the area for sound quality. Admittedly, the bar is set pretty low here.
Perfect! I plan on building acoustic panels and diffusers as well. I think I will just buy the CD with all of the plans, so I can build whatever I want down the road. Hoping I can get the TLAH plans emailed so I can get started while waiting for the CD. Thanks for the tips Bill!
That room isn't terribly large, so cancellation issues may make it better to use more subs spread about rather than larger subs clustered. If it turns out that clustering gives the best result you can still cluster four or more T24. I'd build two to start, add more as required.
I really appreciate all the tips so far Bill. I need help figuring out the amp(s) I will need for this setup. Will I need 3 separate amps for the subs, tops and monitors, or a certain type of amp that will run all of the speakers? Wattage, types, brand/model suggestions are all very welcome. I just ordered a Soundcraft Ui24R.
