Noobie In Kansas City, with ordering questions

#1 Post by Rick Cooper »

Hi Everyone;
I'm Rick, I am finally ready to proceed with my first sub cabs, but having trouble getting plans I ordered... Its a patience thing, I guess...
I think its a great thing ya guys are doing, especially since I have been out pricing some Mackie, JBL, and Yamaha Subs !!!
I do some sound tech gigs, and a part time band thing, and handy man...
You guys have a great day...
If any moderators could help me get in touch with Bill I would love to get the plans I ordered....
Peace to all... Rick

Plans are always shipped within 24 hours max, and usually within two hours of receipt of payment. There are no unfilled orders at present.

Unclaimed means Bill never got the payment, nor the notification. It's setting in limbo. Paypal takes the money to wait for it. Cancel that payment and do it again. Double check the email address, that's usually the problem.

I take paypal on my site after many requests, but I don't like it very much.

It's fitzmauricew@verizon.net not .com! Thats your problem.

Hi, it was actually very simple to cancel the payment, and send a new payment, there was simply a big button that said 'cancel' ! I actually received the emails in less than an hour, and everyone was very understanding
thanx for your help :roll:
