Another one from Iowa

#1 Post by RichFiscus » Mon Jun 15, 2015 11:21 pm

Hi, my name is Rich, and I'm an alco... Oh wait, it's much worse than that. After giving up my life as a starving musician for 2 decades, I relapsed last year and picked up the bass again. Actually, once my wife and I managed to scrape together the money for my son's first drum kit, I knew I had to start playing again.

The one thing I'm still missing is a decent cab. It didn't take long for the Jack 12 to emerge as a pretty clear favorite, so here I am.

Then I made the mistake of digging through the forums, and now I'm really getting dangerous ideas. Once my bass cabs are done, I'm thinking about putting together a little PA with my son.

This place is turning out to be a very bad influence on me, but I couldn't be happier about it.
