Hi from France

#1 Post by rainbass »

Hello,

I'm a 32 years old bass player from cheese and frog's country. I'm finishing my Omni15 FR. I had absolutely no skills in woodcrafting before trying to build the cabinet.

I'm fond of homemade stuff and evil projects, so i couldn't stand looking at beautifull BFMs on french bass boards without trying. I just hope that it will not end up in a big scrap. I already did some mistakes and the learning is hard.

Regards,

Rainbass

Welcome Rainbass,

I *LOVE* my BFM rig. I also had very little real woodworking skills before I started. I still know very little, but it's enough to build the boxes I use, so that's fine for me.

Welcome to the forum!
Don't worry too much about mistakes, as long as you can correct them. I just finished correcting a pair of my cabs that I had built in Dec/08.
