The one on the left appears similar to the recommended Goldwood.

One on the left is the bad one. From the front it appears that the phase plug is off centered. from the back it looks to have a hole in the center??

After a second look the one on the left front view looks more like a Goldwood, the one on the right rear view looks more like a Goldwood, but neither is identical to the one I'm looking at.
