The first looks better, as it sets to full strength in 24 hours. I'd be wary of something that sets in 30 minutes.

Looks to me like they're both the same product with links to a data sheet and a retail supplier. Appears the language use might be different than what I'm used to seeing. It states a "standard cure" time of 30 minutes and a "final set" time of 24 hours. Not always, but usually I see it stated the other way around, as either a "working time" or "set time" of 30 minutes and a "cure" or "full cure" in 24 hours.

Looks like the best substitute I've seen for people in areas that PL is not available.
