The name of this thread is show off your jigs. Who would have thought a guy named Bruce had that nice a set of jigs?

They're on the other wall behind the power tool cabinet. They are made from 18g galv sheet full size for the sides, with 2mm holes for the layout pattern. I use wooden 'W' clamps for the assembly, no assembly jigs. The brace patterns are also cut from galv sheet and metal stays with metal, ply with ply.

Harley, where is the "running saw"? You know, the long one that you have to run with because it's so long....for use on the dual driver T39.

With mine I can make holes bigger than 18" in diameter and about 1,5" minimum.
