8-112 Otops and 4-Titan 48's

#1 Post by James R »

Well yesterday was the first time out with the full system, It was not disappointing.
The otops are clear and loud! the T48's I've used before in this club with my Peavey SP4G's.
Always worked great, now they work even better. I still need to do some tweaking , I had to lower the crossover point of the T48's
down from 120 as I had seen posted on the forum. It was just too much lower vocal in the sub.
I was using my 01V mixer and ran faders a lot lower than normal :D and still had balls!
I couldn't stack the otops so i had to go 2 side by side angled in on each other. Also posted on the forum
I ran 3 amps 1 Crown XTI4000 on the Titans and 2 Qsc's 1 RMX 2450 and a Plc 3002 on the tops.
They weren't even breathing hard :D
I can't wait for the next show! 8) Sorry no pics, too many people 7 to 800 people inside and out front

Thank you Bill

Hi Jim

Glad to hear you are now finished
Those OT12's and T48's together are an awesome combination.
Wait till you do an outdoor event with those OT's stacked.
