They are braces, use another type of glue.
Or make the braces without joints at all, from a sheet of ply.

My concern would be, if it’s not holding the braces together, it’s probably not holding the panels to the side either. So you need to find that out...
Built:
DR 250: x 2 melded array, 2x CD horn, March 2012 plans.
T39's: 4 x 20" KL3010LF , 2 x 28" 3012LF.
WH8: x 6 with melded array wired series/parallel.
Bunter's Audio and Lighting "like"s would be most appreciated...

Hi, the other panels are glued ok, no problem at all, i't might be that is too little surface area so they snap easily (braces). I attach one picrue.

I assume you are trying to save weight. Could you cut the braces using a full piece of plywood and then plunge cut the holes out with a jigsaw? Or use a hole/cup saw and make a bunch of holes?
BFM builds:
XF212
T24 BP102 24"
2x SLA's 6-5" mids, 9- gt-302's
2x AT 14" MCM 55-2421
TrT 5" MCM 55-2421
AT 18" JBL GTO804
2x OT12 flat array
2x SLA Pro 2-Alpha 6's 2-Goldwoods
2x T39 24" 3012lf
Simplex 10 BP102

Hi, yes I could, but I have already cutted all the pieces, and to do that I'll have to buy more plywood.

I will show pictures of the finished braces soon.

Hi Bill, I have a question, with how many boxes, I will achieve the flattest response?, are the T60 tuned to 1/4 W 25Hz?

Best regards

Outdoors it takes six to go flat to 26Hz. Indoors it takes as few as two.

Just for clarification... will single 12" loaded slims produce those results, or are we talking 6 cabs in the 27+" width range?

Whould it be better to stack them on a horizontal line, or 3X2 stack?
