Most of the time I run the full rig, but there are also many times that I only take the car. I made a cardboard mock up and at 20 inches I can still fit one in the back of the Buick with two DRs in the trunck.
I guess I could make just one slim one and not a pair?
If you build one slim - build two. That way any stacking will always be equal. Of course, that may be less of an issue with the T45

6 - T39 4-25" 2-22" 3012LF
4 - OT12 2512 Melded/NSD2005
1 - T24
2 - XF210

Grant
It is a good idea, a single T39 with a pair of My DR 200s would work well, but I can't personally justify multiple designs at this point.
Two of my bp102 T24s did ok with a pair of DR200s, so I assume a lab or 3012 T45 will be ok as well.
Those smaller gigs I do are for like 50 kids or less, or background music for events.
6 - DR200
2 - DR250
9 - T24
6 - T45
1 - Auto Tuba

Oh one more.... The plans say a max width of 24? I thought the T30 could be made wider than that... Difference of the two designs?

Thought I'd seen that too. Here's a chart from the "SPL Charts" section, indicating a 30" wide option.

27" wide seems to be fairly frequently used in the charts too.

The T45 is a refolded T30, to make it end firing.
If the plans say max width for the T45 is 24", then that's the max width...
Built:
DR 250: x 2 (melded array) with March 2012 plans.
T39's: 4 x 20" BP102 , 2 x 28" 3012lf.
WH8: x 3 with melded array.
Bunter's Audio and Lighting "like"s would be most appreciated...
