Leak test performed: Yes. One was found where the speaker tape had a small gap and was fixed....she is tight and braced very well.
Corner Load Distance: 18" (I honestly don't know what the correct distance should be)
LPF was started at 100Hz and rolled off completely at 130Hz
HPF is set rolls up from 100 to 130Hz. I realize that there is probably a gap here we need to address when we reconfigure everything.
Limiter was set to 55V (too high?) and that is according to our sound guy. Could not confirm.

I'm just a carpenter who likes to build stuff. Speakers are fun!!!

I think you want to set your high pass to 40hz...check the plans to confirm this. I use T39's and I know those high pass at 45hz.

+1.

You want the mouth of the cab somewhere between 6 inches to 1 foot from the corner...
Built:
DR 250: x 2 (melded array) with March 2012 plans.
T39's: 4 x 20" BP102 , 2 x 28" 3012lf.
WH8: x 3 with melded array.
Bunter's Audio and Lighting "like"s would be most appreciated...

High pass (ie block everything below this point) at 40

--and--

Low pass (block everything above this) ...usually 100hz or so. (no harm to subs if you take this too high but is starts getting in to territory your mains should be doing if you get too high)

This passes everything between 40 and wherever you Low pass at. The high pass blocks the bass below what your sub can handle and the low pass handles the transition between your tops and subs.

These are the lowpass and highpass values for the SUB channel. In your original post (with the highpass at 100-130 Hz) were you talking about the highpass to the tops? Or the highpass on the subs? The subs need the highpass at 40Hz to prevent over-excursion of the driver. You need 3 filters.
Built:
1 Omni-15 Tall Boy
2 DR250s
2 Titan 39s
