Good news. I found some Alpha 6A's on eBay and scooped up 4 of them. I placed an order on Parts Express for mostly everything else, sans the receiver which I got on Amazon. The BB should be in from St. Louis on Friday provided weather doesn't prevent it. I'll do my best to document the build on here...

There are many Driveracks on eBay now. There's a PX for $199 and a PA2 for $399, just to name two.
