Did you look into 70v distributed systems? Technically you could run the whole thing on one amp. I'd probably use 2 for more output.

IIRC 4-8 hrs. If you use the water bourne Gel wait 24. It's what I use most of the time. It can be done without the conditioner, and won't blotch out like other stains. The conditioner is insurance, and also makes the color more controllable.

Use a conditioner. Then go find general finishes Gel stains. Nothing else will give a consistent finish. Voice of experience.

A wipe with a damp rag or a mist from a spray bottle helps it cure more quickly. Depending on the temp, it can be 3 or 4 hrs even with that before a joint is solid enough to handle without fear.

I'm sorry you were disappointed. My website pretty clearly shows they're the blue foam, does not say molded. My molded supplier quit at least 5 years ago. Then the plans were modified so only the DR's use these, making the creation of new molds and finding a new supplier cost prohibitive for the num...
