Re: upstarts needing amp info.
Great information and advice posted above. My unsolicited, partially uneducated advice would be: Unless you or audience knows, appreciates, and has ability to play sub 30hz, don't fret over the building a box with that extension. I will add that is seems more EDM producers of all genres are making m...

Re: Lab 12 Availability
I did call Eminence and left a message. I haven’t received a call back. I have seen posts about future and discontinued speakers on this forum, so I figured possibly someone knew something.

Lab 12 Availability
A friend of mine recently bought four new in the box Lab 12 drivers from Pro Audio Star at a discounted rate. He initially bought 14 drivers but then the order was rescinded due to availability of the Lab 12’s. Pro Audio Star said that their supplier did not have any more and they suspect that the d...

Plan Errors
Preface: I am not trying to be Poindexter type and I didn't want to contact Mr. Fitzmaurice via email.
Where should I comment or post about errors in plans that I have found?
Thanks

Posting Photos
Could someone explain how to post photos, preferably using google photos? Sorry if it is a redundant question but I am having a heck of a time.
Thanks!

Re: Target Curve or EQ Contour
Grant, thanks for the reply and the detailed write up on the dcx2496. I used the write up while setting up my dcx2496. I have used the mirror imaging technique and it worked well. I try not to lead on like I know what I am talking about or even know what I want. I do know I have put countless hours ...

Re: Target Curve or EQ Contour
Thanks for replies. All of them are relevant. One of the goals of my question is too alleviate what I think sounds good and more what sounds good to the masses with keeping in mind what the artist wanted it to sound like. Theoretically I guess that would be a near flat curve, however I am somewhat f...

Speaker Stands
I have read in old posts that at some point Mr. Fitzmaurice had a set of plans for speaker stands. Does anyone have a picture of them or the plans themselves? I understand there is liability with this subject and if no answer is the best answer, I am fine with that.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Target Curve or EQ Contour
I know this is somewhat subjective to personal taste...What is a good target curve or eq contour for recorded or electronic music with a 115-120 db spl(200 hz and above) at the main listening position? I have read numerous posts, opinions, white papers ect. I have zero experience in this so I figure...
