Re: 3D Printed T48 Mini (AKA T9)
You should have went with a premium driver: http://www.parts-express.com/tang-band-w2-1625sa-2-neodymium-subwoofer--264-875 I'm amazed that exists. 2mm xmax! A bit of a stretch for them to market it as a subwoofer when it only goes down to 90hz....and that's probably -10db. Even better: http://www....

Re: Inexpensive setup?
"...seeing a sub that is almost as big as a person it impressive, and worth the size or weight i think." Close, but not accurate. More like a sub the size of a refrigerator. Seriously, build a cardboard box the size of a t60 and make sure you can live with losing that much space. You can p...

Re: Finally bought a router...
The festool router is like a gift from God when paired with their dust extraction unit. I am still wanting a Festool router to go with my Festool dust extractor. Too poor after the Fest track saw and extractor so I went with the Dewalt router with plunge and fixed bases because it was the only one ...

Re: TESTING Your Finished Project
I would like to suggest also a quick and easy sticky for using a Driverack and other brand equivalents. I know there have been some threads explaining how to do it it in the past, but it would be nice to have a sticky so people can find it easy.

Re: Christmas Gigs
I just set up 2 otops and 2 dual loaded t30s for my son's girlfriend's company party (freebie from me for her to get some brownie points). No lights, hazer, fog, or lasers - only sound. They expect around 140 people in a ballroom at a Strip casino. They are playing Christmas music off a cell phone f...

Re: Home theater setup - TLAH, Curved SLA, SLA, THT
Oh, no! You broke a cardinal rule by putting an unfinished sub in the house. Now it will never get finished because you won't want to take it out.

Re: Any suggestions for a sub and speakers for my PC?
This probably doesn't help you, but I am running a pair of "L'il Brits" (home built using Sony 5 1/4" and cone tweeters) and a T30 slim under my desk. It is all run off a cheap Lepai 2.1 amp.

It will be a shame to put the side on and hide all that wonderful craftsmanship. Too bad you can't use clear acrylic.

Re: Cordless Circular Saw Nirvana....
I haven't seen the M12 circular saw, but will probably get one when I find one in stock at Home Depot. I absolutely love the M12 tools. My tool collection probably has 15 or so M12 tools right now (several impacts, several flexible cameras, pvc cutter, pex pro expander, several Hackzalls, sub scanne...

Re: Your thoughts and prayers....
Brent, sorry to hear it. While I never knew him, I am always sad to learn of anyone's passing, especially someone that enjoys the same hobby as me. It reminds me that one day it may be me.
Rest well, Brew.
