Good job.

Re: Finally! Omni 12 Tall Boy build
The next request wàs Michael Jackson Thriller and as I turned it up to about 7 it started for lack of a better term chopping the sound, maybe oscillating on off of the playback. Have you tried to replicate this on another device(not the sweep, though)? This would test your phone for being the probl...

Re: DR build questions
Thanks Keryn and Grant!
I made that pair of DR250s on the hood of a retired Volvo 240 in my backyard, probably 10 years ago or more, with a cruddy circular saw. The back filler panel has a bunch of Bondo to fill in the gaps.

Re: DR build questions

Re: Maximum horn
Reading along with a big shit eating grin on my face, trying to contain the emotions welling up from within, like the final hero scene of a Disney film. When, as a man, you don't want anyone else in the room/theater to know your emotions have been stirred the least... and a little something escapes...

Re: DR build questions
Can a single vertical routed hand hold be used on the front of the cab, at the front of the horn towards the bottom? I did what Grant said about a partial fill in the back on my DR250s. That is where I put the Speakons, and where I put upper and lower handholds....I find it quite handy that way.

Re: HowieZ's T24 build
Howie, if you know which screws are out of alignment, you could enlarge the driver flange hole a bit. Use a washer under the screw head if necessary.

1.3 mm2 is the minimum cable required, and it could be any multi-strand wire.
I would suggest a block between the baffle and the centre strut, as well as a brace from the baffle to panel 3.

Grant, you may be right. I will know for sure if you are, if (a big "if") I actually do a transplant....and I will let you know at that time.

Even labelled "Insert for 3"! Well done. I like it! I have made jigs.....and then forgot to label them.
