some snot-nose engineer probably holds a patent.........therefore no digital amps until they ante up....

i set my amp attenuators based on the clip indicators on the amp, using a test signal with the mixer setup for unity gain. Once I find that spot, i set the limiters with the attenuators in that spot.

guess it all depends on whether you want a "simply complicated" setup, or a "complicated simple" setup..........

while sound can be as simple or as complicated as you want it, SAC definitely wins once you start adding it all up....

too bad there isnt a response chart showing the percentage of people made sick up front, or how many pitchers of beer dance off the tables, fallen ceiling tiles....etc
