First few coats that are applied thinly with a smooth roller yes, i mix pva in. That paint (aldcroft/tuff cab) is water based so water should work fine to. Helps the paint go a little further since the PVA is cheap.

Yeh back corner plywood is 18mm, which the eagle-eyed may have spoted in the first post on this thread. There are no extra supports used but I did put the casters as close to the sides as possible to help with rigidty and the stability when moving them around. The casters are also secured with m6 bo...

Thanks for the kind words el, whilst i have no intentions of becmoeing an autorised builder or a joiner full time it is nice to know maybe I could one day if I decided. These were never built at the start with the intention to sell, looking eariler in the thread you will notice I was never sure why...

In what must be one of the slowest most drawn out builds ever i'll be posting some more updates soon. Much has changed in the build and its definitely been quite a journey, almost finished tho.

No epoxy on the t-nuts taking but them out wont be easy, they are well stuck in and removing them may harm the bite at the same time, what do you reckon about epoxy over and around the sides of them? Im not to concerned about them moving but as it will be a total pain if they do fall i'll try what i...

Well all the time I had spare to make these suddenly got eaten up so i haven't done a huge amount since last, the first 5 panels are glued together and all the other panels are preped. Finaly got some progress down today, there is a 20ft shipping container in the garden full of stuff which means 3 bays of work space for me.
