Wide dispersion CD
It has been a while ago, but I've build my T39's and Optop12J's! Still playing with EQ settings, but so far they sound great and can go very loud. The only thing I'm missing is high tones off axis. The CD's in the Otops have narrow dispersion. Great for long distances, not for small spaces or near s...

Is it possible to use pre-made bcb's like these: https://www.hobbyelectronica.nl/product/max485-module-voor-rs485-communicatie/?gclid=Cj0KCQjw6MHdBRCtARIsAEigMxG52uHTeaDaF_0-exRVMHDryevxFzonHjwGq9AyVvn7no4r-vDt3pgaAgCHEALw_wcB https://www.hobbyelectronica.nl/product/esp8266-esp-01/?gclid=Cj0KCQjw6MH...

Re: Wireless DMX :0
A PCB layout that you can send to a PCB-maker would be nice, and a partlist for Mouser or other store... and pre-flashed chips indeed.
If you just can flash thru USB then it isn't difficult to flash.
How is the latency for those units?
How much do the parts cost?
Maybe I'm asking to much...

Re: Show off your jigs!
I've made a circular guide that looks like this one:

With mine I can make holes bigger than 18" in diameter and about 1,5" minimum.

Re: Add it again...T30's at 21"
Yes.. I guess it's:
2 subs: look at the charts
2 subs + V: charts + 3dB
4 subs + V: at 6 dB (for doubling sub-count) to chart and 3db for V-plate
So, count +9db at the chart for 2 subs..... why not 12db? (I hope it's 12dB.... )

Re: Simplexx Wedges - response curve sans lpad?
It takes about 12db to match the drivers. I think it's good to use an l-pad so you have room left on your EQ to correct for room and feedback.

Re: EQ-ing mic comparison
As far as I know the driverack can only be used with a dbx mic because it has a built in 'calibration file' (which cannot be changed). So if you use other mics that have another curve, the end result won't be flat. Calibrating a mic won't help you if you use a driverack. It will when you use softwar...
