you can wire lower then the minimum impedance with car audio because of box/impedance rise. basically with car audio if you wire to 1ohm your amp will read around 2ohm, maybe even 3ohm.

I have a inuke 6000 amp that produces 97v per channel. it can only do 4 ohm or higher. I have two t48s with 4ohm lab 15 subwoofers which makes each sub 6ohm. when I build more t48s could I hook up three on one channel, 2 series and one parallel to make the amp read 4ohm? if not its fine, i'll just g...

new to external amps
im new to external amps, and my gear ive had is powered. this might be a stupid question but im not 100% sure. If I have a peavey ipr2 3000 which puts out 525watts rms at 8ohm. if I turn the gain knob on the amp up 3dB it would be like 1050watts rms and it would be safe?
