Re: Crest AMPS 1
Do any of you guys have the schematics for a Crest 7200 lying around desperately needed. Or any of the others? Would be much appreciated. There's a block diagram at the end of the manual. http://peaveycommercialaudio.com/download.cfm?id=16712 For a full schematic, you may have to contact Peavey dir...

How well do you think these would work in a PA system? https://www.parts-express.com/pedocs/manuals/300-594--dayton-audio-wave-link-wls-system-manual.pdf Would there be any benefit? Do any bands use this to avoid using a stage snake? Behringer seem to have got it right. Live with it. it's the futur...
Re: wth?
Is this a total joke, or something worth investigating? The pricepoint is a bit high to merit serious interest, but the specs *ssem* comparable to the Labgruppen model. http://www.ebay.com/itm/BRAND-NEW-FP10000Q-Professional-grade-amplifier/222450705520?_trksid=p2047675.c100011.m1850&_trkparms=...

Re: adjusting x-over
I picked up some Ashly FTX-2001 amps. They have a factory set crossover point of 750hz, that I want to change to 100 and have them be more ready to go out of the box. I have instructions from Ashly to swap out the resistor arrays inside, using parts from Digikey. Only one of the three possible choi...

Re: Mixing and Matching cabs of the same type but with different HF drivers
It's not a big deal, but you should be able to power and EQ the CD loaded ones separately from the piezo pair. Overall, they will play nice together. Cool Thanks DJ. Need them for long throw to the back and piezos for near, dance floor and tables. It's a common held misconception that a melded piez...

Mixing and Matching cabs of the same type but with different HF drivers
I am currently building 6 OT 15's.
What would be the effect of using piezos in the bottom 2 cabs in the array and using compression drivers in the top? Anyone tried it?
