Re: Tuba 30 bass sick Dual kappalite 3012LF
Single dual loaded T30: HP 35hz, LP 100hz
Pair dual loaded T30: HP 30hz, LP 100hz
I never bother bringing any mains lower than 100hz with these subs even if they have the ability to.

Re: Tuba 30 bass sick Dual kappalite 3012LF
You'll be happy with the OT12s, they are amazing. My pair keeps up with my 6 T30s outdoors if that gives you any idea..

Re: Painful audiophilia!!!
Some days I consider setting up my dj rig in my house as if to be a permanent configuration and just enjoy it for what it is... My rig lives in my den most of the time, I use it to mix or just play background music whilst doing other things. I don't need any other sound system now that I have this,...

Re: Target Curve or EQ Contour
Yep I like to get things as close to flat as reasonably possible. Nothing more annoying than bass lines having varying levels of volume, same for high frequency sounds. The EQ contour will likely be different from cab to cab so there's no real way of suggesting a target curve per se, you have to use...

Re: Could you 3D print a whole DR200 or 250?
I know a few Ppl who would print stuff for me, and have often thought 3d printing could be useful for building speakers. Need a pretty big printer to be able to print anything decent though, and that's a few years out before I get access to anything like that.

Re: Making a pair of TAT....
You could fit two 17.5" wide T39s within those dimensions, that would be the loudest combo of subs, loaded with 18sound twelves. You'd only get to 45hz at war volume though. How low do you need to go?
