Re: MCM 55-2421 came unglued in a T18. What alternatives??
This thread makes me second guess my decision on MCM 55-2421's for my truck tuba's.. Is there a way to make the TT enclosure more adaptable for other drivers so I dont go through this when/if I upgrade drivers? And is there a thread on how to strengthen the weak spider glue joints of the MCM 55-242...

Re: MCM 55-2421 came unglued in a T18. What alternatives??
Why think about "upgrading"? Buy what you want to put in and then you don't have to bother. You have to remember, invariably it is the design, and not the driver, that dictates response. In that regard, it doesn't matter what driver you put in, out of the recommended drivers. I think you'...

Re: Hello from Iowa!
A CS-800 is a bit of overkill for a home stereo... It might be. But its been collecting dust to long. The fan noise is what will bother me after my back stops hurting. Can I post some Craigslist ads for you or others to yay or nay? http://iowacity.craigslist.org/ele/4781593397.html http://cedarrapi...

Re: Hello from Iowa!
Iv got a old peavey CS-800 I'd like to use for my home stereo. Since your close, do you have any speakers for sale which would match the CS-800 well? Speakers to match a CS800? They'd have to weigh 200 pounds each to be a match.  :loler: Seriously.. I don't want to buy new, but I'm ...

Advice on iphone5 car HU setup please.
I'm hoping to get some advice on what direction I should consider taking when setting up my older van with a entertainment system. I ride the bus to work, so this van doesn't get driven to much. But I do need it for vacation and spend one month every year in it.. :D It has a single din opening, but ...
