Re: Titan 48 & DR300 Build

UH OH.....well ummm......was reading some forum messages and some dude said you could use Guerilla Glue if PL Premium is not available That's one of the biggest mistakes you can make. Read the plans, follow everything as close as possible, and use PL. It expands to fill in any gaps and is extremely...

Re: Titan 48 & DR300 Build

Hey, Guido, just to give you a "heads up"....make sure that you use enough of the PL Premium when building the T48 subs and the DR300 tops. The reason is so that you won't have air leaks which will cause poor performance and blowing drivers. So what you saying is you would use BOTH Gueril...

Re: Titan 48 & DR300 Build

Wow that's some serious work going on, and gonna be epic when all finished and stacked. I think it might even put the four jack stack corner quiet for a while! :loler: What are you going to finish them in? I was just thinking, that's a whole heap of Duratex! And I was wondering, you're pretty confi...

Re: Titan 48 & DR300 Build

No we physically have 2 Generators 100KV & 75KV.... Thats alot of Powa! :chainsaw: Yeah man, we do kinda sorta large shows i guess. So we need the POWER, ironically the PA uses the 75KV and the Lighting uses the 100KV but since we change out from those big old power hungry 575 and 1200 moving h...

Re: Titan 48 & DR300 Build

It certainly sounds like you're in a higher "provider" category than most here. Doing event logistics as a whole is quite a few steps above simply being a "content provider" or DJ. I know a little bit about logistics myself. Do you/your company actually provide the physical equi...

Re: Titan 48 & DR300 Build

Those things sound massive man....leaning towards some T60's too    but i'll start with the Titan 48's and see how it sounds and maybe build a pair of T60's as i also bought the plans for those. But could you shed some light on the output comparison of the 2 cab's (Titan ...

Re: Titan 48 & DR300 Build

Personally i don't think your financial situation decides what you build. I have been using Manufacturer stuff for years, EAW, JBL Cabinets etc. But liquidated the company too invest in Visual, Lighting, Special Effects, LED Daylight Screens etc. But needed too get back into Large Format Sound beca...

Re: Titan 48 & DR300 Build

And i do ALOT of outdoor events exceeding 2-3000 at any given time, So do these guys.
