+1 to CO's point. My speakers are yellow and black for this very reason - they look awesome when in a dark club, although in daylight they are a bit bright.

4 options as far as I can tell. Either: 1) Get a step down transformer for each speaker (this is the correct way to wire these amps up) - expensive and frequency response will suffer (so I guess that's out for your purposes) 2) Somehow modify the amp - probably best left to an EE 3) Double check tha...

It would be worth testing the setting before you connect anything up - i.e. feed a really hot signal into the system and make sure that the limiter does indeed clamp the voltage to the recommended maximum.

Well, the VC is still vibrating some remnants of the diaphragm so I guess it's that - its not an ideal radiator, but it is a radiator nonetheless.
