Now just build yourself a base to mount your router to. Find the mounting holes on the router, mark the holes onto the sliding part of the jig, then rout out an area for the bit to go through and clear some extra to allow for dust escape.

Will do! If anyone reading this is building. The plans are great. The part about chiseling out the PL after it cures is SOOOOO right. You will have an ultra clean build if you do this. I simply used a plastic putty knife and it came off of the new SLA. It looks wonderful. Haste makes waste.

I did the final cuts on the SLAs between the piezo holes on my table saw, and used a coping saw for the outermost cuts. I didn't know about a driver spacer for the tubas.
