Apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere, but after a bit of a search I couldn't find anything... We've just completed our 2nd pair of Tuba 30's. So I'm looking forward to trying out some sounds at 30hz! (Well, something between 30 and 35hz will do...) We've been looking for some whale-song re...

Thanks for the replies. We will be using Lab 12's and going low (drum and bass, techno etc) and we will be pushing them to 50V.

Still looking for confirmation that an IPR2 3000 is a good choice for 4 Tuba 30's. Or would you recommend anything else in that price range (happy to go heavy-old-iron too...)

So is the IPR2 3000 a good choice for running 4x Tuba 30's with Lab 12's? Also, my poor maths is leaving me confused... perhaps someone can help... If I'm running two Tuba's on each channel of the amp, that'll be a 4 ohm load. To get 50 volts per channel I'll need 625 watts which is well within the ...
