Re: Rock-n-roller Cart DIY Table

Hey! That's not bad at all. I kind of like that it's not all black so it kind of makes flash drives easier to find and connections easier to spot in the rush of setting up.

Re: Spacing my setup

Yes and I would do that. But my space is limited. So I need the optimal distance to split my setup to remain effective and also  it would be more aesthetically pleasing  to be split than one massive stack with a DJ next to it. Like I did last year. "Form Over Function" strikes again. It'...

Re: Finally got myself some lights in the mail

That specific fogger with the specific fluid (Roscoe's original Fog Fluid) seems to the item needed for outdoors. That fogger is hard to find anyway, They probably make them in small batches. I'll probably go with a hazer -Antari 350 specs say something about 2000 sq per min @ 1 minute squared, wha...

Re: Finally got myself some lights in the mail

Keeping that in mind Tom , I'm getting there, and I keep settling on haze after a few debates back and forth in my mind, but something keeps dragging me torwards this headline from here------> https://www.rosco.com/spectrum/index.php/2017/04/make-a-lot-of-fog-for-haze-outdoors/ But they might have a...

Re: Finally got myself some lights in the mail

Nice lights! I bought 8 older ADJ pockets scans that I fixed up, replaced mirrors, power supplies, fans, etc. Ok a wedding event is TOTALLY different! I know it’s hard but you may want to dial down the smoke effect. Is this on a tent or straight up outside? Do you have any flood lights? No tent , y...

Re: Finally got myself some lights in the mail

Check out the American DJ Entour Faze, https://www.adj.com/entour-faze Seems like the price is good, fast warmup , water base, compact, DMX. Not too power hungry either. It's what I have on my wish list anyway. Sorry , saw your post - quick replied to other bfm brother and got a little busy. I'll d...

Re: Finally got myself some lights in the mail

I know right! the poor everything else section  What lights did you get, and what are you currently using to control them? I ask because you may want to look at smoke or haze with a DMX option, so you can remote trigger them. How big is the area? Chauvet intimidator scan 315 irc SCANNER, parti...

Finally got myself some lights in the mail

Hopefully withstanding delivery abuse. My concern is I'm outdoors with zero atmospherics, planning on getting a fogger or hazer under 500$-450$. Anyone have experience using fogger or hazers. I don't want to buy 2 hazers just yet , but it seems like two high powered hazers might be my best bet espec...

Re: Never Mix T48 with T60 ? What if?

I always want to optimize and improve so I find my self tinkering/fiddling. My studio music teacher compressed his class into one phrase , "do whatever until it sounds good". Of course we needed the whole gamut of information since it was an elective class and people need to know about human hearin...

Re: Never Mix T48 with T60 ? What if?

Well put fellas , good insightful input. I'm keeping this in mind for my next setup. I've no doubt that the DR250 - 280 - 300 are going to kick the JBL's / EV'S, especially in terms of output vs weight. ACUA it's very satisfying to have someone else who had a similar experience. But now I think that...

Re: Never Mix T48 with T60 ? What if?

I'll consider it.

Do you think there's a plot out there that has frequency response of 4 T60'S , 6 T60'S? I could swear that it was in the T60's plans at the ending pages , before it was minorly revised.

Point taken.

Never Mix T48 with T60 ? What if?

I'm not sure I want to go this route, but , I definitely don't have the muscle to lift 2 more T60's into my truck, it would be a PITA to get them off the truck with the trailer attached, the trailer already has 4 T60's along with whatever else - it's perfectly packed to the brim. I'm looking to add ...

Re: Upgrade Titan 48

I like the tabs for frequency rangesjust go lower and higher, although not a professional, I'm thinking comb filtering would be reduced , but not eliminated. Again, specialist I'm not.
