Re: What's to chat about?

Nice one Bruce! :D

Talking about 'waiting out this virus thing', I find Cory Henry's playing quite infectious - he's new to me, in the last week. What about this?:

Re: What's to chat about?

Rejoicing with you Seth! ...I'll maybe upgrade mine to proper cable some day. Sounds like maybe we've been doing the same thing, using standard speaker wire. If you were closer I'd be happy to split it with ya. C'mon over. LOL I'd love to meet up some day. Same as I want to send my lad over to work...

I, too, prefer the country life.
Reminds me of a song Tom. ...Did it with a mate at an open mic night - i proper hacked the guitar break on a mandolin. Not a band I'd heard of - Nashville based - but very good songs and musicianship:

Re: Titan 39 Build

Gotta say, this is an epic thread, my wife's ego is bigger than mine (when it comes to cars), and she doesn't build speakers, ...but is still a keeper.

Re: Titan 39 Build

This is what happens when the only thing shared between the engineering department and the marketing department is the parking lot. Even if the marketeers know that it's wrong they'll still do it that way, because they're not in the business of educating their customers in the right way to set up P...

Re: Titan 39 Build

Aye, 4.55litres per gallon. A 2.7 V6 turbo diesel, auto - mostly around town mileage. The Discovery of that age has legendary quality, but they still seem to have an emotional pull - it was Mrs J that wanted me to get one - I'd have preferred a double cab van - 6 seats with a proper load space behin...

Re: Titan 39 Build

We bought a 13 year old Land Rover Discovery 3 in September. There were some practical reasons for getting it, not least 6 proper sized seats, but it’s not used to its max in any way – when I tried driving up a green lane, number 2 son complained of the bouncing around and Mrs J said, “can you turn ...

Re: Hello from Vermont, USA - best 'grab and go' option for bass guitar ?

A Jack 12 is a bit of a one hand carry as it's not too heavy but is a bit bulky in dimension. If you strategically placed a handle or strap near an edge it would make the carry easier to manage. +1 The best handle position IMO is on the sides, vertically on the C of G plane. This puts your hand par...

Re: What's to chat about?

I hope your knee surgery and recovery goes well Seth. Glad you're well thought through on the tools and builds - it's going to be something to behold. I'm good thanks - only the regular life stuff to contend with. Have my wife's 40th in a few weeks so will get the J12L's out for that and maybe play ...
