Re: High powered amp with DR200s?
They are Chinese rip offs, but they are not cheaply built. There have been extensive testing along with a large thread on these particular amps. And yes I could run them at 8 ohms that was a brain fart on my part. I would run the 200s with the top 4 wired parallel-series, then the bottom two paralle...

High powered amp with DR200s?
I am looking at a Lab Gruppen clone FP10000Q amp, and its rated at 1350w @ 8 ohms per channel, 4 channels total and 2x 5000 watts bridged @ 4 ohms. That nets me 2x183v of power, meaning I could run 4 16 ohm T60 duallies off of one bridge, and 6 Dr200s off of the other 2 non bridge in a 30lb 2u amp. ...

Re: 4 Dual T60s!
Day 8, Got one loaded for the homecoming gig this weekend. I was hoping to get two done, but I didn't want to tear apart my subs and not get it finished and not have those two for tomorrow. I will post gig pics, as I have some cool stuff to show off :P https://fbcdn-sphotos-h-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-...

Re: 4 Dual T60s!
Day 7, Almost got all the final braces fabbed, They are all cut out I just need to round the edges over. The access panel flanges are in place, and unfortunately I wont be able to install t nuts due to the baffle panel being in the way in the back. Sad feels. Screws it is then. Hoping to get all bra...

Re: 4 Dual T60s!
Day 6, No pics, but just try to use your imagination  . I got all the pl squeeze out out of the mouth, and put the two cross braces in. I put the back two reflectors in too. For the empty cavity by the driver chamber in the middle; I added a panel before the sharp corner, mainly for cleanli...

Re: 4 Dual T60s!
Does anyone have any tips to scrape squeeze-out? I should have edged the squeeze-out when it was wet for the mouth braces
it's really hard to get out, even with the side off. I'm using a stiff chisel and hammer, going with the bead, against the bead and it's just taking forever.

Re: 4 Dual T60s!
I would, but I am painting them at a different location. Most likely going to spray a base coat of regular paint, then roll on Duratex. There's no way I am rolling the mouths on all 4!
